Heather holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and a Diploma in Sports Injury Management from Sheridan College. She has over 25 years of accumulated rehabilitation experience in the fields of Physiotherapy, Athletic Therapy and Kinesiology.
She has further post-graduate training in Pelvic Health, medical acupuncture, manual therapy (Mulligan, Level 1 Certification, peripheral manipulation), the McKenzie Method for low back and neck injuries, K-Taping® and numerous other topics.
Heather started her career working with athletes and treating sports injuries as the Athletic Therapy Coordinator at Trinity Western University in British Columbia where she was responsible for the care of roughly 150 varsity men’s and women’s student-athletes. Additionally, she has been a volunteer member of the medical teams at the Pan-American Games, the Western Canada Summer Games and for Canada Cup International Women’s Fast-pitch and Women’s U-19 International Lacrosse tournaments. As her career has evolved Heather has honed her skills and is passionate about educating her clients on care and self-management with a whole body approach. She is very passionate about pelvic health physiotherapy and is a rostered Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. Heather is also a certified instructor for the GLA:D™ Canada hip and knee osteoarthritis program.
When she’s not working Heather enjoys gardening, reading, cycling and kayaking.

Ellen holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Management with a Minor in Business Ethics and Legal Studies from the University of Denver. As an elite gymnast, Ellen was a member of the Canadian Junior National Gymnastics Team (2003-2004) and the University of Denver’s NCAA Division One Gymnastics Team (2006-2010).
Additionally, Ellen has post-graduate training in Functional Dry Needling; Soft Tissue Release; Manual Therapy (Level 2 Lower); the McKenzie Method for low back and neck injuries; Neuro-Proprioceptive Taping and numerous other courses.
Ellen likes to focus on patient centred care and will work her hardest to help her clients achieve their individual goals.
Outside of the clinic Ellen enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out at the gym and supporting the Toronto Maple Leafs. Ellen successfully completed her first half marathon in October of 2018.
BPT - Registered Physiotherapist
Mayank completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy at Srinivas College of Physiotherapy at the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India before immigrating to Canada. He is fluent in three languages (English, Hindi and Gujarati). In addition to his degree, Mayank has completed post-graduate training in manual therapy, postural control, Radiological Differential Diagnosis, advanced Pilates and numerous other courses.
Mayank has extensive physiotherapy experience in clinical and hospital settings in both countries and has contributed as a physiotherapist at the Institute of Pediatric Orthopedic Disorders; the Satya Sai Camp for Chronic Low Back Pain; and the Surat Half Marathon in India. He strives to provide client- centered, hands –on, individualized care for his clients.
As a former participant in Intercollegiate Cricket and March Past, Mayank leads a healthy, active lifestyle. Away from clinical practice he enjoys long drives and exploring new places, his favorite so far being the Cabot Trail on the east coast…..and pizza.

Roberta holds a degree in Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto and a diploma in Sports Injury Management from Sheridan College. She has over 25 years of accumulated rehabilitation experience. She has completed post-graduate training in Functional Capacity Evaluation; McKenzie Method for low back injuries; K-Taping® and numerous other topics.
Roberta has vast and varied experience working with athletes and sport injuries. She was the Team Therapist to Seneca College’s varsity men’s volleyball, hockey and soccer, the Georgetown Jr. A. Raiders Hockey team, and the Team BC U-16 girls’ fast-pitch team. She has volunteered at the Pan-American Games, Western Canada Summer Games, Canada Cup International Women’s Fast-pitch and Sunlife National Figure Skating competitions. Locally Roberta has been the Medical Coordinator for OFSAA Basketball & Soccer.
Professionally Roberta serves as a Peer Assessor with College of Kinesiologists of Ontario.
When she’s not managing the day to day operation of the clinic Roberta enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, adventure racing, slo-pitch and hockey.
BA - Administrative Assistant
Natalie holds a degree in International Relations and Development from the University of Windsor and has completed course work in Human Resources Management at St. Clair College. She is well versed in dealing with insurance companies when it comes to claims management and billing. She’s happy to assist you through the process. In addition to her administrative duties Natalie provides our weekly motivational quotes.
Away from the front desk Natalie is an accomplished cook/baker, t-ball and baseball coach and busy mom. When she gets down time she can be found perusing her cookbook collection and creating delicious food.
Stephanie has been cheerfully receiving the clients at Erie Shores Rehabilitation for over twenty years. She always enjoys meeting and assisting new clients as well as providing friendly service to our current clients.
Outside of the clinic Stephanie enjoys watching plays, bike rides with her family, kayaking and spending time at the family cottage on Pelee Island.
Keira keeps us organized and works to have everything prepared and ready at hand. She’s happy to assist you in person or over the phone with whatever you need.
Away from the clinic she is a busy mom who enjoys working out at the gym, time with family and friends and family camping adventures.

Registered Massage Therapist
Holly received her Massage Therapy Diploma from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. With over 12 years of experience under her belt, she has additional post-graduate training in myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, TMJ mastery, cupping, pregnancy massage, reflexology and trigger point therapy.
An avid runner, Holly has completed the Chicago Marathon and at least 5 half marathons. Her favorite activity though is being a sports mom - she spends a lot of time cheering from the bleachers. With all that fitness Holly enjoys Mexican Village and of course chocolate.
Registered Massage Therapist
Stephanie is a graduate of the Canadian College of Health, Science and Technology with a degree in Massage Therapy and was a recipient of the President’s Award. She has completed numerous post-graduate courses in massage therapy including cervical region myofascial release; counterstrain, and orthopedic physical assessment with special tests. With over 15 years of experience Stephanie is a very effective massage therapist.
When she’s not helping her clients with pain relief and healthy maintenance, Stephanie can be found swimming, cooking/baking or spending time with her family.

Tracie is a graduate of the University of Waterloo (BA) and the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She leads a very active life having completed a half marathon, a 10 day trek in Nepal, and keeping up with active children. She enjoys all sports as well as hiking, kayaking and travel with her family. Her favorite team is whichever one her kids are playing on! Tracie’s message to clients is: Stay Healthy. Stay Active. M.Cl.Sc., S-LP - Registered Speech and Language Pathologist
Paula, or Ms. Paula, as many of her young clients call her, completed her Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Linguistics at the University of Ottawa, followed by a Master of Clinical Science; Communication Sciences and Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology at Western University. She is Hanen certified and has completed Level 1 training in Orton Gillingham.
Paula is a co-coordinator of “Go Blue for Autism Awareness and Acceptance” and the annual “Autism Awareness Walk/Run” in collaboration with Autism Ontario: Windsor-Essex Chapter.
When she’s not working Paula enjoys time with her family, swimming and reading a good book.

A graduate of the St. Clair College Nursing program, Emily has been practicing as a Registered Practical Nurse for over 15 years. She has post-graduate training in basic and advanced foot care. Emily is pleased to offer her services at some of our local retirement communities, in-home or on-site at Erie Shores Rehabilitation.
When she’s not caring for feet, Emily is happiest cheering her children on in sports, spending time with family and friends or relaxing at the family cottage near Wiarton
B.A. (Kin), R. Kin, C Ped(C) - Canadian Certified Pedorthist
Jacob is the owner of Simpson Orthotics and Kinetics and is a Canadian Certified Pedorthist and Registered Kinesiologist. He operates a satellite office at Erie Shores Rehabilitation providing assessment and fabrication of Custom Foot Orthotics. Jacob completed his Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology with a Post Graduate Diploma in Pedorthics at the University of Western Ontario. He graduated with distinction from his Pedorthics program.
Jacob leads an active lifestyle having played sports his whole life but his favorite is a round of golf. He also enjoys relaxing summer nights by the fire at the cottage and time spent with his family.
Dr. Natasha Whitfield
PhD., C.Psych. - Clinical Psychologist
Natasha completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Windsor followed by her Master’s and PhD in Clinical Developmental Psychology at York University. She is a member of the College of Psychologists as an autonomous psychologist whose areas of practice include work in clinical and counseling psychology with children, adolescents, adults and families.
Offering her services in both English and French, Natasha’s areas of practice include individual therapy and family therapy with children, adolescents and adults. Her treatment approaches include but are not limited to psychoanalystic/psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, humanistic, art-based, play-based and trauma-focused therapies.
Outside of her work, Natasha enjoys time with her family, travelling and good pizza.
